Through reflection, conversation and creative exploration, participants are invited to connect with their roots and consider how culture continues to evolve across generations.
Identity in Motion
Exploring identity, belonging and what it means to navigate multiple cultural worlds.
Identity in Motion invites participants to examine the many layers of identity and the pressures that can come with navigating different cultural expectations. Through reflection and conversation, participants explore what it means to belong, adapt and remain connected to who they are.
Grounding Together
Exploring cultural stress, wellbeing, connection and the experiences that shape how we feel at home.
Grounding Together creates space to explore the emotional realities that can accompany migration, cultural adjustment and life between worlds. Participants reflect on cultural stress, connection and the practices that help us feel grounded, supported and seen.
Building Bridges
Professional learning for organizations creating more culturally responsive and belonging-centered spaces.
Building Bridges supports organizations, educators and community practitioners in developing a deeper understanding of culture, identity, belonging and the experiences of immigrant and racialized communities. Through reflective learning and practical conversation, we explore how to create spaces where people feel understood, respected and able to belong.
